You’ll need to complete three forms in total, and don’t worry—you can save your progress and come back to them at any time. You’ll need to sign in with your email address to save the details. The first form is the Overall Wedding Details Form. This form captures all the essential information about your wedding, including the location, date, and any specific details you want for your ceremony.

The second form is the Party Member Details Form. This form needs to be filled out twice—once for each of you. It collects the personal details required for the legal documents, such as your full names, birthdates, and any prior marital status. Each form takes about 20 minutes to fill in, and you can save your progress and return to complete them at your convenience. By using these forms, we streamline the process, ensuring all your details are accurate and ready for the big day. And yes, I’m a nerd that way, but it’s all about making your wedding planning as stress-free as possible!
